This is an OIL ON BOARD with a Scene from the CHICAGO WORLDS FAIR ca.
1890. More accurately known as: The World's Columbian Exposition; the Chicago World's Fair of 1893. This Painting was being shown at a small Gallery and was originally believed to be a San Francisco scene. A collector insisted this to be a scene from the CHICAGO WORLDS FAIR.
Collectors of that material will inform me should this be incorrect! Approx. 22" x 28" Framed. Outstanding Frame and in EXCELLENT Condition...
