This is an ANTIQUE STERLING DRESDEN BERRY SPOON or SERVING SPOON by WHITING, Division of GORHAM. This late Victorian Spoon has a Beautiful FLORAL DESIGN on the Handle both front and back. The Bowl has an "Embossed" beaded design. Length is 7 1/2"; bowl measures 2 5/8" X 3". Date this Serving Spoon 1896 and clearly marked 1896(see jpgs). This is a very Good Looking INDIANA SPOON and certain Spoon Collectors know this One. Top has a Bull atop and reads: WHO'S HERE/ INDIANA. Bowl reads: SOLDIER'S AND SAILOR'S MONUMENT/ INDIANAPOLIS, IND. Back has an Excellent EAGLE and a LADY Justice. Further marked: STERLING S. Length is 5 5/8" with the bowl 1 3/8" across. This is an UNGER BROTHERS STERLING CLOTHES BRUSH circa 1900. Multiple FLOWERS adorn the Top of the Brush and there is a Panel with the monogram in script: WWM.
