This is a KYOTO SATSUMA VASE on a Cobalt Ground. There are 3 Painted Panels incl. 4 FIGURES; a PAGODA SCENE; and ARHATS or DEITIES. Rich GOLD Enamels. This is a BEAUTY. This BRONZE QUAN YIN is Mounted on a Hardwood Base and measures 6 7/8" in height overall; the BUST itself is 4 1/2" tall X 3" wide. Asian Calligraphy mark on the back. Note the Hair "Pulled and Tied" in the back. This BRONZE QUAN YIN is from a Virginia Estate of Asian Atrifacts and ANTIQUES. Date this piece circa 1900, perhaps earlier, and in Excellent Condition.
