This is an Unusual 800/1000 FINE SILVER SALT CELLAR from a Virginia, U.S.A. Estate. Made with a "Beast of Burden Motif" this DONKEY is carrying Two OPEN SALT Containers shaped as SADDLE BAGS. The size overall is 2"W X 3 1/16 L" X 1 3/4" Tall. Both Containers are marked on the interior bottom: 800. One Spoon found with this item and included. Likely of EUROPEAN origin. This is a STERLING TIFFANY & CO. PERFUME BOTTLE designed in the Shape of a Miniature FLASK. Size is 1" X 1 3/4" and made with Good Medium to Heavy Gauge STERLING SILVER. There is the Screw in Stopper with Wand atop. Marked on One side: TIFFANY & CO.; 180 degrees around reads: STERLING/ and an Asian Mark. Looks to have been contracted to a Japanese Silver maker circa 1950. CONDITION is EXCELLENT ...zero dings or dents.

This is a Chinese Nephrite JADE PENDANT with a Carving of a LADY. The back has a depiction of a Leaf. Size is 1 5/8" X 3" X 1" in thickness. There is a pierced point at the top where a Pendant Bale can be attached. This Carving has a Primitive feel. Based upon what the original owner told me, this Pendant was purchased in mainland China. Date this JADE LADY circa 1950, perhaps earlier. FYI... the Stone easily passes the Jade Scratch test. Condition is Excellent...
